Returns & Exchanges
Each item has been thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. It is our hope that you fall in love with our products. However, there are times when the the item doesn't fit right or is just not working out for you.
While we have a No Refund Policy unless the item is defective, we do allow an exchange of size or for another item in our website with equal amount or more.
Send us an email at email@example.com with the following information:
- Order number
- The item you want to return
- Reason for return
- Size or another item you would like to exchange it with
We'll get back to you on the availability of the item, provide you with instructions on where to send back the item for exchange and payment details for any price difference of the items. Additional shipping costs related to the exchange will be charged to your account as well.
Please note that you only have seven (7) days to do this upon receiving your order. We can only process the exchange once we receive the item unused and in its original packaging.
IMPORTANT: There are certain products in our site that are not eligible for exchanges. You refer to the item's product page to determine its eligibility.
